Infant Baptisms are held once a month for each language-speaking group--English, Haitian Kreyol and Spanish. Team members assist in interviewing parents who would like to have their infants baptized; they conduct a class, assist at rehearsals and again at the Baptism celebration. They also do follow-ups with the family after the Baptism.

Voila pourquoi, apres avoir presente l'enfant au temple, les parents doivent assumer leurs responsibilites en emmenant leurs enfants a l'eglise et ils doivent y participer aussi aux differentes activites.

Religious Formation

Trained adults teach our public-school students God's Word, the Mass and the tenets of our Roman Catholic Faith in preparation for the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation. Mandatory training is provided by the diocese.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)

Trained Catechists and members of the parish journey with adults who make a conscious decision to join the Roman Catholic Faith or to become fully Roman Catholic. This is an ongoing process within parish life to bring others into the Body of Christ--the Church. Sponsors journey with new members to bring them into the fullness of the Church. Mandatory training is provided by the diocese.
